"Ladran Sancho, señal que cabalgamos" - El Ingenioso Hidalgo don Quijote de la Mancha, frase apócrifa
We like to take initiative in whatever we think is important. Everyone is encouraged to lead.
Strive for excellence
5 Rabbit is about making the best beer. We are never satisfied and continuously look to improve.
Treat everyone and everything with respect. Yourself, each other, clients, customers, suppliers. The brewery. The beer.
We communicate. We are assertive, upfront and straightforward.
We are passionate about beer, about food, about community, about culture, about music, about tiradito de pulpo.
We are always looking to learn something new. We always strive to become experts on something, on anything.
Work as a team
We help each other out. We lend a helping hand and balance workload.
We are all independent. We have opinions and are not afraid to voice them.
